Same day delivery, complete within a few hours and the flowers were spot on! I am always so pleased with the results from this lovely local shop.

I will never order from another flower shop, your quality and prices are very competitive however no matter what your prices are I would still only order from you. I have referred several people to your shop and I will continue to do so. I've ordered a lot of flowers and have never has a flower shop that has quality, competitive prices and beautiful arrangements and flowers last a long time. I called Paulann from Miami, FL., inquiring if they could deliver a fresh flower bouquet next day, to my son’s long distance friend. I knew the flowers and color scheme she liked but I needed to trust the florist’s taste and style to create this special order.
The lady I was on the phone with was very nice, patient, understood my request perfectly! I asked if they had extra items to accompany the bouquet as gifts and their assortment of candles, chocolates and balloons was simply perfect.

For an out of state person making a purchase of this nature leaving it completely to the florist’s design, the arrangement was beautiful, perfect color scheme, modern, & simply well put together. The balloons and candle were beautifully matched. My son’s friend was extremely happy and the peace of mind with their attention to detail was perfect. Very happy & grateful !! I ordered flowers for mother's day for my mom. They were delivered in the morning and I didn't have to wait all day long. My mom called and was so happy and said that she has never got flowers delivered to her before that were so beautiful and so fresh! She sent me a picture a week later showing me how they look the same as the day that they were delivered. She is extremely happy with her mother's day flowers. Thank you so much for the prompt service and great quality.

Arrived on time and the arrangement is just as pictured - beautiful

The day of the delivery, apparently your driver had an unusual experience. Your driver was informed that the person who supposed to be receiving the delivery, was no longer living there. Ms Veronica called me and informed of the situation, Ms Veronica ask if there's another location which they can take the delivery to? I didn't have another location. But, with my confusion with no answers, I had no other choice but to cancel the order.

So, with the assistance and wonderful understanding of Ms Veronica, we were able to get my refund and I agreed to give an additional Tip to the delivery driver for their efforts.
