Flowers were beautiful and as pictured but I had to call to get an update on the delivery and the person who answered phone could not give me an answer and kept putting me on hold. Not having updates on the delivery and bad customer service over the phone will make think twice to use them again.

The flowers I got for hubby- dad were much more beautiful and more flowers than this pic. They were delivered so thoughtfully too. Gorgeous roses and orchids. Thank you!
