The day of the delivery, apparently your driver had an unusual experience. Your driver was informed that the person who supposed to be receiving the delivery, was no longer living there. Ms Veronica called me and informed of the situation, Ms Veronica ask if there's another location which they can take the delivery to? I didn't have another location. But, with my confusion with no answers, I had no other choice but to cancel the order. So, with the assistance and wonderful understanding of Ms Veronica, we were able to get my refund and I agreed to give an additional Tip to the delivery driver for their efforts. Thank you Veronica R.
